Mr Kennett demolished injured workers rights for the worse in 1992 and
then Mr Bracks attempted to reintroduce them, but not to all who were
effected.
We at Workcover Victims believe that any legislation changes made or
implemented be decided by the Victorian Workers and should include all
Injured Workers, as we know at least 5000 have missed out from Mr Bracks's
changes.
This we believe is unfair and not reasonable. We want the Government to
include all Injured Workers in the legislation changes already made and ensure
that all workers are treated equally.
