A man has died in a workplace accident at Stanhope, west of Shepparton, in
central Victoria.
WorkSafe spokesman Michael Birt said the man, in his 50s, died when he was
hit by a falling bag of salt at the workplace of dairy giant Fonterra.
Mr Birt said the man was the 16th person to die in Victoria in a workplace-
related accident this year.
