If you would like to list a Specialist on our blacklist here is the information
we need:

4. Case Type: workcover, medical negligence, TAC
5. Have you tried to resolve it?
6. Was it resolved?

Medical Doctors Blacklist
If you would like to list a Medical Doctor on our blacklist here is the
information we need:
1. Doctors Name
2. Practice Address
3. Case Type : workcover, medical negligence etc
4. Have you attempted to resolve it?
5. Was it resolved?

Insurers Blacklist
If you would like to list an Insurer on our blacklist here is the information we

was not done or completed?
6. Was it resolved? - Did you make a complaint to the law firm,
the ombudsman, Law Institute etc

Lawyer Blacklist Update

Thanks to all of our readers who have already sent in their Lawyer Blacklist
details. We have been astonished by the response as we have received 50+
to date and some have come from interstate as well.

We here at WCV's fully understand the grief caused by incompetent, money
hungry and uncaring lawyers and law firms, who just see us as fast bucks
and we want to do something constructive about it.

We did contact the Victorian Law Institute for information on their
registered lawyers performances but it seems that, they don't keep one?

So we are! We feel injured workers should be able to choose who defends
them and should have the right to know if they (the lawyer or firm) are
competent enough to do the job.

We have found that injured workers believe that because they are lawyers
that they know what they are doing, and we here at WCV's know that,
that is a fallacy!

Make your stand now, and let them all know we are not going to be pushed
around anymore, and if they don't do their jobs and protect their clients
then, they will end up on the Blacklist and hopefully, out of business!.

Please keep your stories coming in and maybe we can make these lawyers
accountable?

We also had some concerns from readers about what will actullay be listed.

We can confirm that, any readers who list a lawyer or firm will not have
their personal details listed.

All information provided will be kept confidential at all times, so dont
be afraid to send your listings in!
