It is believed an 18-year-old man, whose body was found at a workplace in
Western Australia's South West yesterday, may have been dead since Tuesday.
Police and the state's workplace safety regulator, Worksafe, are investigating
the accident at Harvey Beef.
It is believed the man's head was crushed in machinery which was located
in an isolated part of a roof space.
The man's family has been notified.
Ros Weatherill from Police Media says officers are investigating how the
accident happened.
"Police are investigating the likelihood that the man's clothing may have
become entangled in a piece of machinery in a cool room," she said.
"We're looking at the circumstances behind the man not being found until
Friday and are working closely with the management of Harvey Beef."
