Why is this so important? Courts are dead energy. They cannot 'move"
without you first giving them your "energy".It's all based on three basic
things, water, salt and electricity. You have Admiralty (sea) juristiction, circuit
courts, charges and discharges, capacity, resistors, etc.In order for there to be a
hearing, there has to be a charge.The Judge (banker) will then try to get
jurisdiction over you. In the beginning he does not have it. Only you have the
power. He will do this by trickery, by either asking you to rise, asking your
name, or other questions, which if you do or answer will be deemed to be the
giving up of your rights and taking his orders from now on. Once this has
happenned, he can do or say whatever he likes, regardless of any "rights"
you think you might have, because you just gave them up...But, you cannot
dishonour the court either, so how do you stay in your power?
There are but 4 choices in this commercial world.
1. Silence (as in "you have the right to etc") - Dishonour
2. Arguement - (entry into the controversy) - Dishonour
3. Acceptance - Honour
4. Conditional Acceptance - Honour
The last one is the one you want, as it basically allows you to remain in your power. For example, if the Judge were to ask "please stand" you might reply "I shall stand your Honour, however I do not waive any common law rights, nor do I grant "In-personam Jurisdiction"( Definition - : the jurisdiction granted a court over persons before it that allows the court to issue a binding judgment).
Or, "State your name" - 'I shall give you my name upon proof of claim that you have established Jurisdiction" or "Upon proof of claim there's a controversy before the court" and so on.There are many. Now, let's get back to who we are, or at least who we've
agreed to be.Take a look at your "driver's licence".
or credit card, phone bill, port-pass (passport).
Is it you?Or is it an all capital letter fiction created to resemble you?
Remember anything in all-caps is a corporation, an entity.
Is it even your name or some strange reversal such
as SMITH J for James Smith?Either way, if you have used your negotiable
instrument (signature) and signed for it, you have "enjoined" and become the
strawman, instead of the agent for it.
There is a very big difference.Even when you open your mail. Is it your
mail or the strawman's mail. It's illegal to open another "persons" mail
(a PERSONS is a corporation by the way) By opening it you create an enjoinder,
and accept that you are the strawman, and become liable for the contents.
I personally send back all mail like that with "incorrectly addressed - mail fraud
- return to sender" on the front. Unfortunately, your son
was just a number to them, human collateral, he had become the strawman,
expendable, basically their property. Why?Because there is no money. Money
is an invention. Try challenging a bank CEO to provide proof that there is any
Lawful (not legal) money in circulation, backed by anything of value. They
cannot.Since there is no money, just zero's and ones, the governments know
that the real wealth lies in it's "citizens", it's collateral.
We are the commodity with which it trades. All goods are 'pre-paid" by the
labour of those who create it.
When you take your port-pass (passport) and go to a sea port or air port
(all admiralty jurisdiction, all commercial) and board a commercial airline as
self-loading baggage, you begin a foreign exchange with your strawman.
When you get a "licence" to drive a commercial vehicle to ferry or trans-port
other strawmen around, it's a commercial activity, on a public road. when you go
to a shopping (commerce) centre and buy goods and services, you are a consumer,
all commercial activity.
It all has rules, regulations and sometimes fees, charges, tarriffs, levy's etc.
When I learned this, I cancelled my licence, cancelled my "vehicle" registration,
and registered it myself, no expiry.I now journey in my private
automobile, on the common ways of the land in peace. I do not drive, do not own
a vehicle, and I stay in the private realm.By using their terminology, (which by the
way is copyrighted), including all laws (which only apply to corporations anyway)
you are entering their controversy.
So how does this all relate?You can easily become the agent for the strawman,
rather than join, and be the strawman.
It does take time and learning, but you will be free of their control and
jurisdiction. Only force is left after that.You would need to sign as the "agent"
for the strawman. I was recently stopped by the police (gangsters) and they
were most surpriesd to see I had no licence or registration. After 30 mins
of checking, they let me go...why? They had no jurisdiction.
You see everyone is born with rights. They are inalienable rights. Only if you give
them up, or are co-erced into giving them up, do you become one of the sheeple.
Even the word Human (hue-man) means the color of a man. As you know all laws
are colourable, being not exactly true.
Have you ever wondered why the government gives you money?
They give money when you are poor (you become a ward of
the state) when your child is born or berthed down the canal (they purchase an
interest in the strawman) when you buy your first home (they buy an interest
in your property) etc.
Do you think that's your car? No. You just have a licence
to drive it. So where is the money? Gold has always been the standard, but it was
removed from backing the dollar long ago. There is no longer enough gold to back
all the pieces of paper floating around.Even if you go out and buy some gold,
what would you buy it with?That's right, the private credit of the International
Monetary Fund, that is on loan to you. it's not your money. Think about that.
If everything you think you own, was bought with someone else's money, who
do you think owns it?When the clock strikes, and the world banks declare the
governments bankrupt, which they already are, they will turn on us to repay
the debt with our labour.I am sorry for the loss of your son. I have a son myse
lf.As we all know, wars are a banking exercise. Usually one group or bank funds
both sides. We are the collateral they use to play their game. Bush needs to be
brought to Justice for his actions, but I fear no Court will do so, because he runs
the courts. he put those people in office.The only way to fight is not to fight, but
to take away their power...which is only what we give them.
Remember arguement is dishonour. Any arguement presumes there is a controversy which by law can be presided over by a Judge. Stay away from arguement and silence.Please see above link to video.
