As an injured worker in South Australia I can fully understand this mans frustration on how WorkCover SA can prosecute on their own behalf taking away any independancy. I have sought my file many times thru freedom of information and have found so many documents missing which should indicate that it is common practise to fiddle the evidence. This practise should send a warning to any future litigation cases with WorkCover that "winning at all costs" is a form of corruption!
