STUDY: MEDICAL PANELS AND PRACTITIONERS: PERSONAL INJURIES CLAIMS AND THE LAW IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA.

Gaelle Gouillou is currently seeking participants for surveys as part of a
Masters degree. If you are interested in submitting to the study, please read
the following Information.

The title of the paper is called:
"MEDICAL PANELS AND PRACTITIONERS: PERSONAL INJURIES
CLAIMS AND THE LAW IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA".

INTRODUCTION

The two surveys on the website at http://www.doctor-shop.com/ form part of the
research I am conducting as part of my Masters degree at De Montfort
University.

Participation and answers will form a very important part of my paper as
I seek to highlight issues with the current system.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this research seeks to identify the experiences of individuals
dealing with medical panels, Facility Nominated Doctors, and/or Approved
Medical Specialists. Questions involve how they were treated during the
assessment of their injury by one or more of the above and how it affected
their claim.

SURVEY

Individuals will be asked to complete a survey that should take less than
30 minutes to complete. Participation is completely voluntary and they may
stop at any time. No individual responses will be reported, and data will be
aggregated.

SUBMISSION

Please submit your answers online at http://www.doctor-shop.com/
Information regarding the research and the paper is also available on the
website as well as participants rights.Participation is voluntary, anonymous
and can be stopped at any time.
