We here at WCV's know that at least 5000 injured workers have been ignored
in Mr Bracks previous changes to the ACA and we believe that we are being
discriminated against by the Government not including all injured workers in
these changes.
So, rather than waiting for Mr Holding or Mr Brumby to do the right
thing and include us all, we believe we should take affirmative action against
them in the form of a class action law suit for discrimination.
Therefore, as this action will require a legal firm to represent us as a group
we are inviting legal firms from across Australia to contact us regarding
representing the group in this instance.
