Workcover Victims Victoria was established in 1999 and this blog was created in 2008. We are a fully Independent advocacy group for Injured Workers and their families. You can find up to date information on YOUR RIGHTS and making a workcover claim and we also have many other links for further information including; legislation, Guidelines & Reports, News & Contact Directory.
Workcover Victims is at present developing a "Black List 3 "of law Firms.
Please send in the firms contact details and the lawyers name you dealt with and we will add them to our list.
We hope to have this list published within the next few weeks.

This is an interesting idea, blacklists, though can you elaborate more on this?? Is it an issue? Do you mean some lawyers are biased? Do they get kick backs? Can you write a piece on this to explain? Thanks, James
