Lawyer slams bosses on IR.

PROMINENT labour lawyer Josh Bornstein has launched an extraordinary attack on the quality of the industrial relations debate, saying it is dominated by vested interests and devoid of facts, logic and integrity.

Mr Bornstein yesterday took aim at former BHP Billiton chairman Don Argus, Woodside chairman Michael Chaney and the Business Council of Australia, saying they had engaged in a campaign that claimed the Fair Work Act was slowing down productivity, but that they should "check their facts" before jumping on this "bandwagon".
