DECLARE IT TREASON

Dear Fellow Australians,


1. Trial by Jury is Democracy.
2. Denying Trial by Jury is denying Democracy.
3. Denying Democracy is Treason.


Tell Judges, Magistrates, Sheriffs, Police, and all 
Officials they are of inferior Jurisdiction to We the People.  


Tell them they have no authority of us in any way and in 
any instance, unless we give our consent ….and that 
consent must be clear and unequivocal.

We are living men of flesh and blood human beings 
created by God. We are Freemen.


They are servants of We the People, in offices that 
are created by us.


If they, in any way, endeavour to subvert (undermine) 
or extirpate (take away) the laws and liberties of 
We the People, they have violated their oath 
and their duty as our servants.


If they disregard or deny us our inalienable Right to 
Trial by Jury, they are Traitors.


Tell the Judges it is their sworn duty to “do right to 
all manner of people without fear or
favour, affection or ill-will”.


Tell the Sheriffs it is their primary and paramount 
duty to ensure “people can exercise their rights 
in court in safety”.


A Freeman can only be judged by twelve of his 
equals who ask “So help me God”, in order
for them to administer Justice.


“He who betrays his country is like the insane sailor 
who bores a hole in the ship which carries him” and 
“A traitor is punished, that by the death of one, all 
may not perish” – legal maxims.


Evil counsellors, judges and ministers do not love 
God, nor love their neighbours as themselves - 
which are the Commandments upon which all law 
hangs.


Declare it TREASON.
