Q.) Were you Injured between 1997 and 1999
A.) 52% said YES and 48% said NO

Q.)Was your workplace injury claim denied by Worksafe?
A.) 53% Yes and 47% No

Q.) If you were injured before October 19th 1999 were you offered
the ICRP process?
A) 100% of the readers polled said NO they we not offered the ICRP Processes.

Q.) Have you been given a less than 30% whole person impairment?
A.) 86% Yes they had and 13% said No they had not.

Q.) How long have you been injured and in the workcover system?
A.)
1 Yr = 2%
2 Yr = 25%
3 Yr = 18%
4 Yr = 6%
5 Yr = 11%
6 Yr = 9%
7 Yr = 2%
8+ Yr = 23%

Q.) Have you been a victim of workplace bullying
A.) 100% of readers polled said they had suffered workplace bullying.

Q.) How would you rate workcover on responding to your complaints
A.) 86% 0 - 25%, 6% 25 - 50%, 2% 50 - 75%, 4% 75 - 100%.

Q.) Have you been offered a return to work
1A.) 11% Yes they had and 88% said No they had not


Q.) Do you think that " The Hanks Report" and it's suggested changes should
be approved by the workers of Victoria before it's implemented?
A.) 95% of workers siad Yes they did , and 5% Dont Care ?


Q.) Do you think that the medical panels are a fair and reasonable outcome for your workplace injury?
A.) 100% said it was not a fair outcome.
