Jury Act - You right to trial
WCV's: Use this Act when your employer is trying to send
you to the medical panels.You have a right to have your case
heard by a judge and/or jury so dont let worksafe or your
employer push you into going to the medical panels before
you have had your day in court!
We would love a law firm to take this on and set a
precedence for those injured workers who have had their
rights taken away!
