I have a friend on Workcover going through the exact same scenario described just the names and dates are different. How is it that this institutionalized abuse is condoned/ignored/encouraged by our elected officials?? Touch wood I will never have to go through this. I felt your frustration very clearly - I hope someone with the authority to act will.
