Intellectual Property Rights. - Expression Of Opinion.

As WCV’s is operated and funded by injured workers only, WCV’s has been
searching for sponsorships to be able to provide a better service to injured
workers with the development of a webpage, phone centre and face to face
services.

We were initially involved in an apparent sponsorship deal with a Melbourne
law firm over a 5 week period. The firm was willing and had agreed to sponsor
the webpage development and to help establish a face to face service but, due
to the unethical actions of certain members of the committee (who will remain
nameless at this point in time), it never eventuated and WCV’s lost its
sponsorship opportunities with the legal firm.

In view of the fact that this happened, it has since become apparent to WCV’s
that the developmental ideas for this blog and its services has been or will be
misappropriated by these 2 individuals and possibly the law firm involved.

We at WCV’s believe that the 2 individuals involved and possibly the Law Firm,
will attempt to use the inside or internal information gained from WCV’s during
these meetings and that they will attempt to produce something similar to WCV’s
planned strategies.

We at Workcover Victims look upon this action as unacceptable and we have full
intentions of prosecuting any individual persons, associations or businesses found
using any internal information previously provided, this blog, its contents or any
published information for their own gain, without the express written permission
or purchase of rights from WCV’s.

We have also included our disclaimer below:
