This is from the VWA website:

Victorian Workcover Authority (WorkSafe)

The VWA provides a range of benefits to injured workers, for life if required,
regardless of who was at fault. In addition, a person who is seriously injured
in the workplace and can prove fault is entitled to pursue a claim for further
compensation through the court system.

WCV's: So if this is no fault insurance?
Why are they(worksafe) denying injured workers claims?
Why are injured workers being denied medical treatments
Why are injured workers not being supported financially by worksafe?
Why are injured workers ending up on Centrelink for life?

Worksafe are not supporting injured workers at all they are supporting
themselves via their oversized incomes, by filling up the Government coffers
and by making lazy lawyers rich.

When is workcover going to be for the injured workers, as it was designed for?
